1. Agreement

By creating an account and using Earnr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Earnr provides a commission tracking dashboard for high ticket closers. You can manage clients, log deals, track payments, and monitor your earnings. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscription and billing

  • Earnr offers a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start your trial.
  • After the trial period, your subscription automatically renews at €79/month unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Your account is for individual use only — sharing access is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the platform.

5. Your data

All data you enter into Earnr belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Earnr for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
  • Resell or redistribute access to Earnr

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

Earnr is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Earnr after changes means you accept the updated terms.
